eCare^® Posting Software Support Engineer
(Location: Oakbrook Terrace, Ill. or Franklin, Tenn.)

Job Summary:
Primary responsibility for installing and maintaining all Client posting site specific programs and keeping all their associated DLL’s up to date on an on-going basis.

Job Duties:

Coordinating eCare^® Posting installs in conjunction with Posting Account Manager
Work closely with Posting Account Manager to provide complete support
Install core system updates in a timely fashion
Work with customers to determine site-specific programming needs
Code and install site-specific customizations
Answer customer query’s regarding operational environments of the system
Provide testing for quality control of new enhancements and optimized procedures
Train customers on eCare Posting procedures and functionality
Other Duties as required.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math, or other related subject. Preference will be given to working experience in the financial and administrative areas of the healthcare industry. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office components
Working knowledge of Boston Workstation or Summit
Structured programming knowledge (Clarion a plus)
Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Databases 2000, 2005
Working knowledge of Terminal Server (Client and Server)
Working knowledge of Citrix
Working knowledge of Windows versions 98, 2000, XP, and Vista
Working knowledge of Windows Server 2000, 2003, and 2008
Working knowledge of payment posting practices in the health care industry a plus
Ability to multi-task efficiently and work in fast-paced work environment
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Must be able to work in a team environment, cooperating in the joint effort to successfully accomplish assigned tasks
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to gather and understand user business requirements and to clearly communicate technical solutions to customers, managers and peers
