This position is responsible for the successful and timely creation, implementation and ongoing maintenance of technical solutions to integrate Passport’s products with various clients’ software systems. These efforts involve business analysis, direct client interaction, project planning, and hands-on programming and development.
Job Duties:
Programming & Development
- Create custom application interfaces to integrate Passport’s products with client systems
- Analyze data structures.
- Engineer scripts to capture on-screen data to process transactions and to update screens with data returned
Business Analysis
- Directly interact with clients and implementation team to understand workflows and dataflows and gather all requirements.
- Analyze and understand business processes to determine technical solutions for client satisfaction
Project Management
- Manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
- Develop and implement according to project plans, custom interfaces and integration solutions for Passport clients.
- Other Duties as Required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business or related field.
- 2 years experience in Visual Studio programming/development.
- Healthcare revenue cycle management experience strongly preferred.
- SQL database familiarity preferred.
- Visual Basic 6 experience a plus.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to manage changing priorities
NOTE: Position requires occasional travel to client sites.
